"Fruit Salad"

This collection is an extension of the themes I explored in my CAD "Fruit Salad" collection. 

Flipping the script of body type analysis quizzes. Being a "pear shape" should not restrict what you can wear. Much like fruits, our different shapes and sizes make us beautiful!

"It Don't Mean a Thing"

This design is performance wear for American singer-song writer Olivia Rodrigo. Inspired by the song "Love is Embarrassing" on her sophomore album Guts, a belted cage restricts delicate draped fabric that lies below. In the song Rodrigo describes entering knew relationships with the knowledge that they will inevitably fail, and this mindset inspired the silouette. 

Caroline Vazzana

I drew one of my biggest style inspirations, Caroline Vazzana, in four different mediums. I thought this 60's inspired mini dress would be fun to repeat multiple times as it lends itself to a pop art look. I also thought it would be fun to see what medium best depicts the vivid colors in the textile design.

In this swimwear collection, I continued to explore fruit motifs, sheer fabrics, and gingham.
